all activity on your account
ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe:
your account is being misused or compromised
you breach these Terms
you use the platform in a way that risks harm, fraud, or unlawful activity
3) Training content, certificates, and verification
Training purpose
Our courses are designed for professional development and workplace learning. They are not a substitute for:
clinical judgement
formal qualifications (including RTO-delivered training)
legal advice or organisational policies and procedures
You must follow your employer/provider policies, supervision requirements, and applicable professional obligations.
Certificates
Certificates are issued based on completion criteria set by the course (for example, completing modules and passing quizzes).
Certificates:
confirm completion of a Learn to Care course
do not guarantee competency, registration, accreditation, employment, or compliance outcomes
Certificate verification
We may provide a public certificate verification tool to confirm whether a certificate is valid. Verification results may display limited information (such as learner name/initials, course title, completion date, certificate ID/reference, and status).
4) Acceptable use (what you can’t do)
You agree you will not:
share accounts or login access (unless your plan explicitly allows it)
copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, or exploit course content without written permission
attempt to bypass security, access controls, or usage limits
upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or anything that disrupts the platform
misuse certificates (including altering, forging, or claiming completion you did not earn)
use the Services in a way that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful
5) Intellectual property
All content on Learn to Care (including videos, text, quizzes, graphics, trademarks, course structure, and certificates) is owned by Learn to Care and/or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for personal or internal organisational training purposes only, for the duration of your subscription or access period.
6) Purchases, subscriptions, and licences
Pricing
Prices are shown on the website or in a written quote. We may change pricing from time to time. Changes will not apply retrospectively to purchases already made.
Payment processing
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
Access periods
Where you purchase:
individual courses, access may be time-limited or lifetime depending on what is stated at purchase
bundles/packages, access is as stated on the product page or quote
organisation licences, access is for the agreed licence term
It is your responsibility to check the access period before purchasing.
7) Your responsibilities (individuals and organisations)
You agree to:
use the training appropriately for your role and scope
ensure learners complete training honestly (no proxy completion)
maintain accurate training records where required
ensure any organisational reporting or enrolment activity complies with workplace obligations and privacy requirements
Organisations are responsible for how they manage their workforce training obligations, supervision, and quality systems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you cannot exclude under the Australian Consumer Law.
9) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Learn to Care is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited (at our option) to:
re-supplying the Services, or
paying the cost of having the Services supplied again.
10) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
you breach these Terms
payment is overdue (where applicable)
we reasonably believe your use poses a security or legal risk
You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund (see No Refund Policy).
11) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published on our website with the updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12) Governing law

No Refund Policy
Effective date: 23 December 2025
Last updated: 23 December 2025
This No Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Learn to Care, including individual courses, bundles, subscriptions, and organisation licences, unless otherwise stated in writing.
1) No refunds for change of mind
To the extent permitted by law, Learn to Care does not provide refunds for:
change of mind
accidental purchase
lack of use (including where a learner does not start or complete a course)
incompatible device, browser, or internet connection (where minimum requirements were available)
dissatisfaction based on personal preference
Because course access is provided immediately and content can be consumed instantly, refunds are generally not available once access is granted.
2) What happens if there’s a genuine problem
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if the Services:
have a major fault
are not provided with due care and skill
are not fit for purpose as described
are materially different from what was advertised
If you believe there is a major problem, contact us and we will assess the issue.
3) Duplicate payments and billing errors
If you are charged incorrectly (for example, duplicate payment), we will correct the error, which may include issuing a refund or credit.
4) Organisation licences and custom quotes
For organisation licences, onboarding services, or custom packages:
fees are non-refundable once the licence term has started, unless required by law
set-up, configuration, and onboarding fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once work has commenced
If your quote includes different terms, the quote terms prevail.
5) How to request a review
To request a review of a payment issue or potential fault, email info@learntocare.com.au with:
purchaser name and email
order number or invoice number
details of the issue (screenshots help)
what outcome you are seeking
We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
