Yes. Individual membership includes one learner account and full-library access while your membership is active. If you need to assign courses or track staff, choose team membership.
How do I start after payment?
Follow the instructions after checkout to access your personal dashboard and choose a course. If you cannot access your membership, contact us with the email address you used at checkout.
When do I receive my certificates?
Your certificate of completion is generated automatically after you complete all required modules and quizzes. Download it from your account and use its unique code on our certificate verification page.
Are the courses accredited or suitable for CPD?
Courses provide professional development and workplace learning. They are not nationally recognised qualifications unless a course specifically states otherwise. Relevant learning may contribute to CPD, depending on your profession’s requirements. Check any employer or professional-body requirements before enrolling.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
You pay AUD $999 upfront each year, and membership renews annually unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation does not automatically mean a refund; check the terms or contact us to confirm your renewal and access dates.
Can I buy a course without joining?
Yes. You can buy individual courses with a one-off payment. Membership is an option for ongoing access to the full library. Compare your pricing options.
